Phil has been Chief Engineer on private and charter yachts cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean since 1990. In 1992 he joined Oceanco International, a company specialising in the construction of superyachts.

During his time at Oceanco he was involved in system designs, engine room layouts, quality control, commissioning and final delivery to Oceanco clients as delivery engineer.

In 1997 Phil was appointed After-Sales Manager responsible for all warranty claims during the one warranty period and after sales enquires.

His twelve years at Oceanco allowed Phil to build up an extensive network of contacts with sub contractors and suppliers in the yacht construction industry.

In 1988 Andy began working as a deckhand on a superyacht. Years spent cruising the globe on different yachts gave him invaluable knowledge of the operation and maintenance of a superyacht.

In the early 90s Andy joined the delivery management team at Oceanco International, a company specialising in the contruction of superyachts. There he was involved in construction, quality control and delivery. Andy then became After Sales co-ordinator, servicing yachts in their warranty period.

This work has allowed him to build up an extensive network of contacts with major sub contractors and suppliers in the yacht construction and finishing industry worldwide.
